After a short but peaceful night, we left Klintholm and Denmark as early as the morning broke and sailed away at 3:30 AM. With headwinds of 10-16knots, we had to run the engine and went steadily over the declining ripple.
Fifteen hours later, we arrived at the Kiel-Holtenau lock, right on time to directly drive in to the open lock together with two other sailboats. There was still quarantine rules for Swedes, so the German boats kept their distance.
The evening light is mild an we continue calmly over the green Kiel Canal.
