On the January 21 we left Martinique and sailed north to Dominica. The sailing along the green mountainous leeward coast was smooth and after four hours sail, we came to Prince Rupert Bay.

The Dominican Covid 19 requirement’s were a PCR test and five days of quarantine. As we wanted to continue to Guadeloupe, we just hooked a mooring ball and waited what would happen. The beaches seemed empty and only three other sailing boats were bay. We had a good night and early next morning we continued to Guadeloupe. Later we heard from our Buddy boat, Rivercafe on a mooring ball next to us, that the coast guard came close in an unlit boat and told them to leave as soon as possible. That was what we did and Sailed to Les Saintes, South of Guadeloupe.
